   because OBVIOUSLY every artist that has ever made a music video does not lip sync in the video. seriously you all are idiots if you think an artist is actually singing in a music video. lay off shakira . its impossible to not lyp sync a music video. other wise the singing would be like how they aound live , where they are all out of breath.

    Of course she is lip syncing Chihuhah 10, thats how thats how they make music videos! they add the studio recororded track after filming to ensure good sound quailty
