This is what I have seen lately with Rihanna. Im not saying she isn’t a talented singer but since she was hit by Chris Brown, she came back and does not seem to be continuing her music talent but more likely show the viewers about her sence of style. This was first seen when she entered the court room on Chris Brown’s case wearing a black dress. Thus creating more of a fashion statement than a signified singer wanting justice.

I am so disappointed in Rihanna. She, as a celebrity, who is also an abused victim herself had the opportunity to show the world that she could be a role model and a voice for abused victims. I had hoped that she would actively get involved in speaking engagements for abused victims. Instead, it turned out to be such a terrible disappointment.

Affairs of the heart can affect the mind oh so easily.
So, no she wouldn’t be a good role model for the abused unless she decided to DUMP Chris and go on a campaign or something. I still like her though. Hopefully she will see the light…
